All early / late arrivals and departures should be arranged directly with management

Double bookings and Non-Availability of Accommodation

Should a double booking occur, which means that we confirm a reservation with a guest and subsequently accept another booking for the same accommodation – or the room becomes unavailable – we'll find reasonable, alternative accommodation.

Complaints

It is important to us that your accommodation experience meets your expectations. Ensure that you take up any issues that you experience directly with management.

Special T&C

Special T&C apply for the High Season: Public and School holidays, Macufe festival, weekends (to be discussed and arranged with management directly)

Cancellations

Reservations booked via third-party websites including, and without limitation, booking.com, airbnb.com, safarinow.com, roomsforafrica.com, etc., or travel agents, cannot be cancelled or modified on our website. Please contact your original booking source for modifications to these types of bookings.

For reservations booked through our website, please follow the steps provided below:
When a cancellation occurs:

  • On arrival or during the stay – no refund will be made.
  • 0 - 14 days before arrival - the full deposit will be retained and no refund will be made.
  • 15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
  • 28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
